Our website isn’t set up for click and collect, but we know you’d like that option during these last weeks of lockdown!

To that end, if you are ordering online, live within 25km of one of our shops, and want to collect your items in person via contactless pick-up from a Readings shop rather than having them sent in the post, please write ‘I would like to pick up my order’ in the notes field during checkout, and please also include the shop you wish to collect your order from - either Carlton, Kids, Hawthorn, Malvern, Doncaster or St Kilda .

A staff member will then call you when your order is ready for collection. The timeframe for this will vary, depending on if your items are in stock or not.

Please note: Delivery charges will still appear to be applied at checkout and on your invoice, but you will not be charged any delivery costs. We will manually remove those costs from your order total. Please also remember to wait for the phone call from a staff member before coming to collect your order. Our system will send you an automated invoice for your purchase, but this email is not an indication that your items are ready for contactless pick-up.

Our shops are also continuing to take phone orders for contactless pick-up from 10am-4pm, Monday to Saturday, and you can, of course, choose to order online and have your items sent in the post, as usual.
