We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our Online Fulfilment Team in West Melbourne for our busy Christmas and summer period.
About this role
As an Online Fulfilment Officer, you'll handle online book orders from start to finish, making sure customers receive their books quickly and safely. This role suits someone who enjoys working with books, likes getting the details right, and wants to be part of a friendly team.
What you'll be doing:
- Pick and pack orders for shipping (including gift wrapping when requested)
- Receive and process deliveries and transfers from our shops
- Provide customer service support when needed
- Keep the packing and receiving area organised and tidy
What we're looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail - accuracy is important
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team player who works well with others
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Physical capability - comfortable being on your feet, lifting books and packages, bending, and moving trolleys
- Experience in online order fulfilment, dispatch or warehouse environments helpful but not essential.
When we need you:
- We’re looking for people who can start straight away.
- Shifts are Monday to Friday up until the end of December.
