Readings is currently looking for a new Human Resources Manager.
This is a hands-on role which will see you manage the HR activities of Australia’s leading independent bookseller. You will coordinate such activities as recruitment and on-boarding, compensation, labour relations, benefits, professional development, and employee services, all in alignment with the company’s goals and values. You will have responsibility for building on the HR services, policies and programs for the 160 people employed on a full-time, part-time and casual basis across Readings. You’ll also be an important part of a small management team.
