The longlist for this year’s Swansea University International Dylan Thomas Prize has been announced.
This Prize is run in partnership with Swansea University and is awarded to the best literary work in the English language written by an author aged 39 and under. The winning author will receive £30,000.

- If All the World and Love were Young by Stephen Sexton
- The Far Field by Madhuri Vijay
- On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong
- Lot by Bryan Washington
This year’s longlist ‘combines a rich, international collection of young, experimental writers who are offering platforms for under-represented voices and exploring pressing social and world themes across identity, culture and power’. Read more here.
