Last week we were delighted to launch Gabriel Bergmoser new YA novel, Boone Shepard. This is the first book in a gothic adventure series about a young Australian journalist who lives in 1960s England.

This week’s bestsellers list includes some established favourites, such as Mem Fox’s wonderful Where is the Green Sheep?, and some exciting new arrivals, such as another hilarious adventure with the Bad Guys from Aaron Blabey.

The list also has our children’s book of the month: Pax with words by Sara Pennypacker and illustrations by Jon Klassen. Our reviewer writes that this gorgeous illustrated tale is ‘destined to become a contemporary classic that will be enjoyed by animal lovers aged 10 and up’. Read the full review here.
