We were delighted to host the jam-packed launch of Lifel1k3, Jay Kristoff’s much-anticipated new sci-fi adventure, at our Hawthorn shop last week. It’s our bestselling YA novel of last week and our reviewer says that is has everything ‘from mech battles to murderous cults, implanted memories and kids with mutant powers to sassy robots, doomed romance and 90s punk references’. Read the full review here.

Our bestselling children’s books of last week include three beautiful anthologies of inspiring women and men: Stories for Boys Who Dare to be Different, Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls and Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls: Volume 2. And it’s heartening to see copies of Jo Sandhu’s award-winning Tarin of the Mammoths books continue to fly out the door. You can buy the first book in the trilogy here, or you can pick up all three books in a specially priced pack here.
