I must admit to being a little over Ms DiFranco, having found\nthe past few albums impenetrable and unneccessarily dense. She has\nalways been a great lyricist, but her words were becoming lost.\nThankfully, she has rediscovered her melodic touch on Reprieve. I\nthink this is aided by the fact the album features just Ani and\ntouring bassist, Todd Sickafoose. Its poetic and political and\nsounding great. Thanks Ani.
