Storytime at our Carlton and St Kilda stores are a popular tradition. But changes are afoot for storytime at Carlton. Or should that be a-paw…?

At the Carlton store we’ve been resting our read-aloud voices over the holidays, but starting on Monday 4th February at 11am we’d love to invite you back for more stories, songs and rhymes with our latest recruit to the children’s department, Andy.

Each week we’ll have a different theme, with a mixture of perennial favourites and new releases that are suitable for a pre-school audience. Everyone is welcome to grab a piece of floorspace and listen to some wonderful books, and afterwards stick around for that essential play at the Thomas table.

Our first theme is BEARS! Please bring your favourite teddy to the session because We’re Going On A Bear Hunt on Monday 4th February at 11am. Don’t worry if you forget your bear - we’ll have extras.
