After a terrific event last week in conversation with Karen Pickering, Tara Moss is at the top of our bestsellers this week for her first work of non-fiction, The Fictional Woman, which blends memoir and social analysis to examine the common fictions that surround women. This book is closely followed by Jock Serong’s debut crime fiction, Quota who also wowed readers at his launch last week.

Given the colder weather, it’s not a surprise to see two cookbooks pop up in our list: Jerusalem by Yotam Ottolenghi & Sami Tamimi and Community: Salad Recipes from Arthur Street Kitchen by Hetty McKinnon. If you’re considering investing in a new cookbook yourself, our staff recently shared the ones they love - and actually use. Read more here.
