Our bestseller from the past week is Leanne Hall’s young adult novel The Gaps. The Gaps is ‘a powerful, searing psychological novel that explores teenage fear, anger and vulnerability’. It’s a bold, feminist, and relevant read for teenagers about the butterfly effect that occurs when a a 16-year-old girl is abducted from her her home during the night.
Other books making an appearance in our bestseller list this week are Nova Weetman’s The Edge of Thirteen, a gorgeous story about growing up at your own pace; Archie Roach’s Tell Me Why for Young Adults, an accessible adaptation of his acclaimed memoir; and two new-release titles from some of our favourite series – Wings of Fire, and the fantastic graphic adaptations of The Baby-Sitters Club.
