Simply send an email to [email protected] (or drop an old fashioned letter into the store), and let us know some of the books and authors you enjoy reading. One of our experienced booksellers (read: matchmakers) will then select your perfect ‘blind date’ and notify you when it’s ready to collect! Each blind date book will be beautifully gift-wrapped, to ensure your date remains a coy & mysterious stranger, until you get it home.

Your Blind Date with a Book will cost no more than the price of a standard new release paperback ($32.95) and if your date really isn’t your cup of tea, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. That’s right, this Valentine’s Day, you can have your date exchanged!

Each participant in of Blind Date with a Book will also automatically go into the draw to win a $50 Readings voucher (winner to be drawn and notified by Friday 19 February).
