The long-awaited fifth book in The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series is finally here and it’s easily the most exciting book of the series so far! Necromancer ended with twins Sophie and Josh separating. Sophie sided with the Flamels and Josh sided with Dr Dee, Virginia Dare and the evil Archon. Now in a race against time Sophie must get the Codex from Dr Dee so that she can make an elixir to save the Flamels.

The series has been absolutely brilliant and The Warlock won’t let lovers of the earlier books down. The action starts on page one and doesn’t stop. Nobody creates vivid description like Michael Scott, and those who love Mythology and Folklore won’t be disappointed. This book is full of twists and turns, and I was literally unable to put it down. Highly recommended.
