This is a surreal black comedy set in the near future in a butchers in sub-tropical Bradford. The butcher, the ex-porn star and an itinerant Scot whose stint as an apprentice leads to a distinctly unhygienic chain of events. It premieres at the Bush Theatre spring 2008.
