Conversations of an Emancipated Heart

Loneliness, depression, untold secrets, unhealed areas of life, so many questions as to why? Why did this happen to me? Why do I feel so alone? So many emotions floating to the surface that have been pressed down, looked over, or just plain ignored for sake of masculinity. Wait that's right, I am a man, I'm built tough, I'm supposed to be untouchable, unstoppable, and unbreakable. Yet, I find myself at my breaking point, I feel like I'm having a breakdown, but nobody knows, I feel like nobody understands or cares. My struggles I keep to myself, I don't want to appear weak, or not in control of my life. Truth is, I'm tired, I'm really tired. I need a way out. I need to be rescued. God, do you see what I'm going through? I need healing. I'm ready to take off this mask, and live for real. God I'm ready to have this conversation with you. It's time. I can no longer hide. Emancipate me, free me from myself, my addictions. My hope is in you. This is me. No title, no facade, just me. I'm ready to be free.
