How lovely for the girl to be able to wear her warm woolen hat!
But how did she get that hat?
Let's go backer and backer to find out.
This series is dedicated to my twin daughters, Anna and Leah. When they were little, there was nothing, absolutely nothing, we loved more than our "book fest" days. We would curl up on the couch together for hours upon hours, reading aloud and talking about what we read. The books we read prompted seemingly endless questions about the origins of everyday things. Thus, the idea of going "Backer and Backer" to discover the origins was born.
