The Master Sword is drawn for a third and final time, but not by young Link who idles as a child on Hylia Island...

This is Book Three of the parody trilogy, which does not require reading the preceding books. Also available from Amazon, read Book One and Book Two in any order you please.

You know the story...

There's a pestilence, a wizard shows up with solutions, the kingdom loses its mind...

Primarily inspired by the 1992 video game: A Link to the Past, this fanfiction explores this same premise of the game but with a philosophical twist, written as a parody of the Zelda franchise.

For perhaps the first time, the perennial bad guy Ganon is finally a protagonist, and is joined by some other characters from subsequent games in the series - including Majora's Mask (2000) and the Twilight Princess (2006).

Referencing familiar landmarks found in the classic Super Nintendo hit, nine sages now contend for the omnipotent "Triforce" that can grant any wish, while some more ambitious than others, none can say what will become of the kingdom depending on who claims it first.

The destiny of this land is in your hands.

Listen! The Hyrule Parody is an original work protected by copyright law and fair use doctrine. This is a parody of The Legend of Zelda and is not associated with, approved, or endorsed by Nintendo. The Legend of Zelda, names, and its images are the official trademarks of Nintendo.

No artificial intelligence was used whatsoever - not for ideation, not for writing, not for editing, not for art. This fanfiction and its illustrations are made with 100% human organic imagination.
