This book is a guide for pastoral and other church staff on how to identify the mental health needs of their congregants, while also being prepared for mental health emergencies, specifically suicide prevention. This guide will provide valuable information for church leaders to pass along to their staff and members in an effort to be ready to intervene and make a referral to the proper level of support in a mental health or substance abuse crisis.
