El Dorado

Pinched for a bogus murder wrap in El Cajon, the only way the irreverent, trouble-making private dick Haim Baker can avoid the slammer is to take a job for the man he'd love to kill: Patterson Nobel - the psychopath he took down in El Cajon. Baker must now locate and kill Patterson's mysterious boss - "El Dorado", an infamous crime lord so powerful, so frightening, that the streets are afraid to even whisper his name. And in a wild adventure that thrusts the booze-and-drug-addled Baker into the dark bowels of Hollywood, navigating a bevy of criminals, crazies, femmes and fatales, Baker finds himself fending off the constant dangers of bullets, blows and beautiful women in order to find his new nemesis.
