Bloodstained

Every five-hundred years the gods of Talba select a champion to represent them. Kalesa, goddess of War and Conquest chooses her champion from the world of Earth. He is chosen not for military cunning or skill in combat but the rage within him and his ability to abandon his self-preservation instincts in the pursuit of power. Taking the name Mordred in admiration for the mythical figure, he steps into his own twisted form of Arthurian legend. Almost immediately he is in fights for his life always ending with on the precipice of death. Setting his sights on the Bandit King for no other reason than people believe he isn't strong enough to face him he sets out through the Ancient Forest battling monsters, humanoids, undead and the champions of other gods. With every battle he becomes more sure of himself and draws more power from his anger leaving a bloodstained trail in his wake.
