The Strikers

Cast out from his forest tribe for one year, young Tarr has resigned himself to wandering the outlying country, laying as low as possible before he can return home. With any luck he'll find a library where he can pass the time in peace.

But when he's mistaken for a figure in an ancient prophecy, Tarr finds himself unexpectedly pulled into an epic world of warrior princes, charismatic assassins, royal intrigue, and bygone legends.

Completely out of his depth-and unsure whether he even believes in things like prophecies-Tarr's quick wits and sharp eyes may nevertheless be the only thing standing between his newfound friends and the stirrings of a long-dormant evil.
