A Theory of Humanity

If there is a theory that possibly

explains Humanity, why and how we are here, helps us understand what exactly it means to live this experience in linear time, helps us fall in love with ourselves again

a theory that helps us understand our emotions and reactions, panic/anxiety attacks, and other challenges from a different perspective that explains us from a point of view that allows us relief from judgement and gives us strength in self awarement.

a theory that shows us our ability through spiritual techniques and a scientific perspective to live our best life emotionally individually and with that help the collective. It works if you are without religion and if you are religious the theory doesn't go against it it emphasizes its importance, it understand all religions, their purpose, and how we can then live in harmony

a theory that helps explain parenthood, processing challenges in relationships, and possibilities of support in understanding how we can communicate better with ourselves and others

a theory and equation that could possibly end war, abuse, hunger, racism, explain certain pathologies (for right now), and further humanity so that each and every individual Humanbeing is accepted for who they are, independent but in one understanding because it correlates both scientifically and spiritually, and it can personally help you live a happier life,
