Tucked away in scenic Dalton Gardens, Idaho, the struggling retirement community of Canfield Heights faces tough times. Its eclectic mix of residents seems powerless to avoid being run over by the wheels of political plotting. "Black Bart" Middleton is an ambitious real estate developer. Bart and his weasly assistant Randall need the land Canfiled Heights sits on, and they need it fast.

Walt Waldron, an industrious widower with a knack for selling anything, hatches a plan to save the community. He enlists the help of Sam Dune, a doctor with a past filled with failure and impossible dreams. The product they invented-Elixir Six- certainly seems impossible. As pressure builds to stop Walt and Sam and the loveable residents of Canfield Heights, have they stumbled upon the Fountain of Youth or a recipe for disaster?
