Life was perfect. We had it all, a wonderful family, beautiful home, good jobs. Who wouldn't want to be us?

And then without warning, everything changed.

I was on top of the world, deeply in love with and married to a brilliant, successful, healthy man who loved me too. I ended up losing that man and discovered an even deeper, more fulfilling love that forever changed my understanding of purpose, commitment, and joy.

I didn't realize until much later that my husband and I were each on our own journey, which neither of us was prepared to undertake. But then, how could we have been prepared for this?
