Pop-Up Dinner, Drop Down Dead

A fatal accident during a Duluth blizzard is declared suspicious by Homicide Lieutenant Ernie Gramm in order to keep his people from having to do storm duty. The cops soon realize the made-up murder is the real thing. The motive may be revenge for an incident fifteen years earlier, but police consultant Milo Rathkey isn't so sure. One thing everyone knows, freezing rain in Duluth in January can be deadly.
