One hundred thousand years ago, the characters struggled against the top predators of the late Pleistocene. The skills needed to survive such a hostile environment were considerable. Interestingly, the extreme conditions found in the ancient past are very similar to those found today. Eva, the main character grew from a young, deformed child into a powerful woman. Throughout, she defied all odds to become the unchallenged leader of her people and the mother of future generations that populate the known galaxies.
