George S. Wu, MD and Rhea Victoria B Razon-Wu, MD are a husband and wife writing duo looking to improve the lives of others via real estate investing made easy. George works full-time as a diagnostic radiologist while Rhea (mostly) manages real estate properties and being a stay-at-home-mother and author. First-generation Chinese immigrant from Taiwan, George grew up poor, but that didn't stop him from graduating first in his high school with a nearly perfect SAT score, being awarded a four-year tuition and board scholarship to Northwestern University, or graduating in three years. He went on to medical school and finally realized his dream - becoming a radiologist. As an individual who loves confronting and solving problems, he brings a no-nonsense tone to the world of real estate investing and offers candid, tried-and-true methods to help anyone gain their footing in the industry. Rhea loved her job, but the mental and physical stress of being a physician began to wear her down, so she started searching for a way to take control of her finances. With a goal of achieving the pillars of success - health, wealth, love, and happiness - as well as searching for truly passive income, she learned real estate from the ground up. She's proud of her progress from using a stethoscope to listen to hearts and lungs to picking up a calculator and rolodex and providing homes for tenants. Her message is that if she can do it, and you can too.
