In celebration of the New York Black Librarians Caucus 35th Anniversary, Dr. Stanton F. Biddle (President) and Angela J. Barnes (member), with some input from Phyllis G. Mack (Past President & then current Corresponding Secretary), outlined a brief history of the Caucus. During the Annual Donna Hoke Scholarship Brunch held on October 16, 2005, this brief history was printed in the program that honored NYBLC Founders and Past Presidents.
