U.S. President Ryan Mac MacDuff consistently states to the public that there are no nuclear missiles pointed at our people. But the CIA reported China’s testing of warheads within the range of the U.S. and the impending threat they pose.

General Chet Bulldog Fuller, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, admonishes MacDuff to stop the security leaks and deploy a missile defense system. MacDuff refuses, stating there is no danger and that we must continue our mutual trade policy.

MacDuff’s silent partner, Bill Redding, a high-tech oligarch, secretly plants a virus in China’s missile control units with hopes of profiting from the sale of replacement units. When the virus accidentally launches a missile toward the U.S., MacDuff swiftly retaliates with an attack on Chinese bases. All-out war hangs in the balance.
