Winemaking for Stunads covers the process of winemaking for red, white, and rose wines from start to finish. The book covers every aspect of winemaking, but in a simple fashion. Inspired by my own personal wine journey, it contains information I have gathered over the years from Italy, New Zealand, and California. Many people throughout my career have taken the time to answer any questions I had. That is something I will never forget, and my goal with this book is to pay that forward.
