Embedded within each atom of matter in the universe is the cardinal matter. To harness it, is power beyond what is known to any sentient being, and that power is coveted by all across the known universe. Etched in myth and in legend, in prophecy and in fact, is one who wields this power, one known by most as Dan'esar.

Born of a fragmented world shrouded in death and held together by its penchant for chaos, she is transported to Avardell, its twin planet, built upon a system of order careening towards collapse.

The Ruler of Avardell is dead within days of her arrival, and in his last minutes, pronounces her his successor. Presented with control over Avardell with a war looming on the horizon, she refuses to let spread carnage and ruin as it did in her world, at the hands of the Atanreis and their fanatical machinations.

The war brings loss and death to their side, as soldiers and civilians alike fall, and cities are razed, and there is only one with the power to lead them to salvation. For that, she must transition into that messianic omnipotent being of legend, both feared and revered, as her power reaches its crescendo.
