Specific reservation of my First Amendment rights under the authority of the United States Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310, 130 S. Ct. 876, 175 L. Ed. 2d 753, 2010 U.S. LEXIS 766, January 21, 2010.
This book is a first-party, nonfiction expose of facts that some within powerful positions in the U.S. political establishment do not want the American people to know. Therefore, I, James Ray Phipps-the author of this book-hereby reserve my rights under the U.S. Constitution, without exception, to exercise my First Amendment-protected speech concerning the content of this book and my right to engage in any conduct I find necessary to share the content of this book with any person who may choose to read it.
The speech within this book is primarily political, although I will discuss financial matters related to my profession as a direct salesperson-commonly known as contract labor or nonemployee. I will also address political topics such as earning money, using credit, creating debt, federal taxation, and the criminal conduct of government officials that affects the daily lives of the American people.
I will also revisit what I said and predicted fifteen years prior to October 8, 1999, when I established the National Tea Party and ran for president in the 2000 election as an independent candidate. Documentation to support the statements made in this book is provided in the following pages.
