The onset of COVID-19, circa 2019/2020, paved the way for Estela's writing. At that time, she initially wrote a couple of picture books. Estela is a self-taught artist who works in various media. This book features illustrations of her hand paintings and sketches.

Estela worked as an information technology specialist for many years. Her expertise lies in developing and maintaining software for the banking and financial industry. These days, she devotes her time to teaching art to children and seniors, enriching their lives through

creativity and expression.

'The Carillon: The Promise of the Chimes' is a charming story about a young man and the bells. It

is based on the true story of the author's Uncle.

Many of Estela's stories are inspired by her travels. 'One Last Coffee: The Fate of Murder' particularly took root during her summer trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The journey was a source of blissful delight-from meeting the kindhearted locals, exploring crowded nooks, marvelling at the motorbikes and bicycles on the roads, and searching for a good coffee shop.

Cherished and frequented by her son, a particular cafe, with its unique and inviting set-up, not only serves the finest brews but also became the wellspring of inspiration for this story. This book is the author's twelfth published book.
