Bears’ Summer Vacation

When Daddy tells Bobby and Bonnie they are going on a small vacation, their excitement dwindles when Daddy reveals they aren't taking an airplane or boat. But Daddy has all sorts of surprises planned, and soon the twins are excited again!

About the Author

Marie Puma was born and raised in Mount Vernon, New York. After graduating from High School she was secretary to lawyers in Mount Vernon. Marie travelled to Europe with her sister and on return was hired by the United Nations to work as clerk/stenographer later becoming assistant to one of the directors of the United Nations Special Fund.

Marie and her husband Ralph had 4 children and 3 grandchildren...with two more grandchildren being added ten years later! Marie created her own bedtime stories she told to her children and grandchildren.

When Marie read that the Institute of Childrens' Literature was a program she could do from home she enrolled and continued with her love of writing.

Marie now resides in Venice, Florida.
