The Truth Behind A Smile

A small poetry book that covers topics such as substance abuse, heartbreak, and depression

throughout these poems. It shows the pain and suffering most have to go through on a

daily basis. Although this book may not touch most people, I wrote these poems for those

who constantly think that they are alone through their battles. I hope you can relate to

some of these pieces and know you are not alone.

And as many of you may have heard way too many times, it does get better, and I hope

you can see that as your eyes follow each and every line.
