This book is written for the patient as well as their families and friends that don't quite understand what dysautonomia is. There is so much information out there and so much misinformation out there. At times, patients not feel believed and heard which can create a cycle of anxiety, depression, etc. This book is meant to help shed some light into what dysautonomia is. There are many amazing websites out there that you can search. Research is being done and as this happens, we hope that physicans and other medical practicioners and families will be able to understand that it is not "all in your head."
