This is the second volume of Brother Martin's reflections on religions and spirituality posted on Facebook. These reflections were posted during the first half of 2020. They are all in response to questions posted to Martin on Facebook and Quora and they represent many of the questions about God, religion, salvation, the afterlife and the meaning of life which contemporary social media users think about. Br Martin is always pointing to the limitations of religion as a way to God or the Source of All. Religions can trap people in ways of thinking that block their spiritual growth. They are meant to be a nest in which one can grow and be nourished spiritually, but often they are a cage which tie people down to a set of dogmas and beliefs that may not be helpful. Br Martin shares a message of peace and liberation and points to Christ as the coming together of the eastern Wisdom traditions and the prophetic religions of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. There are some wonderful and liberating insights in this book. Foreword by Adrian Rance-McGregor. (paperback 125 pp)
