In 1962, a small group of believers in Los Angeles invited Witness Lee to come to LA and share with them the vision of the church that he acquired working together with Watchman Nee in China. Brother Lee accepted the invitation and the response to him in LA was immediate and seeking ones began to be added to their fellowship and over the next 12 years new churches emerged and spread.
