The VERY GOOD Car Stories book has quite a few things in it, some of them almost as good as these. Top Gear writer Simon Heptinstall's last book of car trivia was widely praised (by his family). This one is nearly as good. There are more than 40,000 words of weird and funny stories about cars and motoring in it. If you can't think of anything to buy a car bore, VERY GOOD Car Stories might do (or you could just give them some money).
