Generational Glow is designed for individuals, teens, and adults to do individually and/or together. It is a workbook designed to be done alone and/or with your family members. It is designed in two parts. The first fifteen small chapters are guided workbook questions to explore the inner fears you have as individuals surrounding topics such as change. love, purpose, health, and faith. Part two is designed for family members to then do together in effort to have some dialogue around our generational differences and help bridge the gap in communication with loved ones. The goal of the book is to remember our sameness, regardless of our story, and to connect in more compassionate ways with one another.
