As an Elder in his church, John was occasionally called on to deliver the Sunday sermon. He also conducted a weekly bible study. He started to send out inspirational/ devotional emails to those in the congregation who had come to appreciate his vast biblical knowledge and background. Before long, others asked to be added to his distribution list - other church members, family and friends. He was being encouraged to publish these emails but, sadly, passed away before he could see that through. This book is published in honor of John.
