Carson Hayes has been a nurse on her unit for eight years, well, twelve if you include the four years she worked as a tech. She knows the unit like the back of her hand, and can take control of any situation. When the long-time charge Nurse Jocelyn gives her notice to leave, Carson knows it's her time to shine. That is, until she finds out that Gavin Tate is the other person being considered. Now, she'll stop at nothing to make sure she outshines him in the interview process.
