I was born a natural athlete, artist and high energy, creative person that loved to dance before I could walk.

In my childhood years, I could pick up a pencil and draw like a pro. I wrote plays, poetry, stories and journaled almost every day... I was a happy, imaginative and analytical thinker. Around 8, I became obsessed with health, nutrition and how the body works and continued studying until now.

I have loved the Arts, Theatre and dance, for as far back as I can remember. Dance and aerobics were a natural creative outlet for me, and I loved it!

I strive for excellence in everything I do. I thrive on being the Best I can be, no matter what the subject at hand.

I have won multiple awards throughout my life. I work hard for the things I want and have a lifetime of winning at everything I put my mind, body and heart into.

Thank God, I have won more than lost.

In my life journey, I have experienced serious career atrocities, and some extreme Tragic life events.

This book is about the worst tragic loss imaginable and how to get up and live afterwards.
