The United States Government locates Rock Razie and the Knights Protego in Spain only to have their CIA operatives, captured and returned to the U.S. However, their ability to find him and his friends has put the KP on the defensive and they begin formulating plans to fight back.

While doing so, they investigate a strange occurrence on the Euphrates River, which eventually provides them a glimmer of hope.
