Angela Sutton is a remarkable woman whose journey from small-town roots to writing a book is a testament to resilience and growth. After facing life's many challenges, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at the age of 46. Now residing in sunny Florida with her husband, Chris, she enjoys life surrounded by their lively "zoo" of pets-two Yorkies, two Quaker parrots, a Goffin cockatoo, and a tank full of fish.
Originally from Collinsville, Illinois, Angela Sutton graduated from Collinsville High School in 1985. Her early years were marked by personal loss, including the death of her mother at age 14, and she spent much of her teenage life navigating the world with a single father. Though her romantic journey has been filled with ups and downs, she has been blessed with three wonderful children and a growing family, including twelve grandchildren across Texas, Missouri, and Illinois.
In addition to being a loving mother and grandmother, Angela Sutton has a creative side. She enjoys building miniature dollhouses, crocheting, and crafting jewelry, which she sells through her Etsy shop, Oceanside Jewelz.
Her debut book takes readers back to the summer of 1987, a pivotal time when she faced profound loss and made the life-changing decision to place her daughter for adoption. It's a heartfelt story of love, loss, and hope that will resonate with anyone who has experienced the complexities of life and love. Angela Sutton is excited to share this deeply personal journey with her readers.
