Two Sides of the Same Coin

Cruz Storm dedicated his life to his career. He was a specialty soldier that went into locations too dangerous for a normal soldier. He was content to live his life in service of those that could not fight for themselves, despite his parents wishing he spent more time on his personal life.

River Shepherd wanted to spend her life helping and healing others. She did not want to find her mate and be tied down in any way. Through a twist of fate, River meets Cruz, a soldier who does not feel like rules apply to him. The two discover they are fated mates and, thanks to their wolves, are forced to remain together.

When Cruz's work life clashes with his personal life, he finds he will do anything to protect River from the threat. Will Cruz be able to keep River out of the hands of the enemy? Will they be able to have the future neither of them realized they had wanted?
