Sean couldn't wait to retire. And now was the time. He would chase his crazy dream. A product of The X-Files decade, Sean believed! No, not just said he believed. He really believed! So much so, he decided he would uncover the truth. After all, the truth was out there, right?

Sean might very well be betting his 401k that he's right.

Okay, there's one rather big obstacle to Sean's grandiose dream: Fiona, his lovely wife of 50 years. And that's a pretty serious obstacle. Even though Fiona enjoyed The X-Files reruns, she wasn't so keen on the dramatic shift in her otherwise pleasant, run-of-the-mill lifestyle. First of all, she loved being close to her grandchildren. But not as much as she loved Sean. Okay, maybe it was running a close second.

Equipped with a monster truck and a 40-foot Bay Hill fifth wheel fully loaded with military surplus gear, they were ready. I mean really ready.

Actually... Fiona wasn't so ready. The thought of a cramped RV bathroom and living under the threat of black-tank disasters turned her completely off. But Fiona was determined to support Sean's dream. She would take the entire roller coaster ride, never once suspecting it would turn into the wildest adventure they never planned.
