The Evil Fairy Queen

James Wrench

He was broken from his thoughts by a figure appearing in the street below his bedroom window. He froze at the sight. It was Melisandria, staring up at him. She looked like any normal young woman you might meet in the street. Their eyes met. She was smiling, but there was insanity, not warmth, behind the smile. She waved a finger from side to side in front of her face. "Naughty, naughty," she mouthed, and then ran the finger across her throat.

Dillon drew back from the window for a moment, his heart racing. He steeled himself and then looked out again, but she was gone.

Lured to return to the ancestral farmhouse by a deceitful relative, the Richards family move in hoping for a new and better life after suffering a terrible loss. Little do they know that it is in the middle of a decaying kingdom of fairies, and the only way for Melisandria their Queen to save it is by human sacrifice! As the youngest daughter Violet is befriended by the fairies her mother Kate begins to remember her own time at the farm as a child. Soon she realizes that they are in terrible danger, and, with the help of Dillon, a young loner from the village, she must risk all to save her family from the clutches of The Evil Fairy Queen!

The Evil Fairy Queen is a classic tale of good versus evil. Based on the hit film, enter a world where fairies are not the nice little creatures of children's fairy tales, but devious and evil supernatural beings intent on getting what they want at any cost!
