As if waking from a dead sleep, Jim Jones discovered himself behind the wheel of the family sedan barreling down some remote highway. Vaguely, he recalled that they were taking their family vacation- a place called Boiling Springs. Overhead, he watched the black wings of a vulture circling on the horizon, sending a chill down his spine. There was something strange about this place, something sinister... and it was hot. Unreasonably hot.

Trapped inside a nightmare, Jim Jones must find his way out of the tortures of darkness. Somewhere in the perilous shadows of Boiling Springs, he must discover the truth, the answer to a terrifying riddle threatening to steal away everything he holds dear. With his back against the wall, he has no choice but to fight his way out before it's too late. But how can he win a game without any rules? How can he find the answer to a question he never asked?
