This book is coalesced from my first mental health book describing my personal struggles - and also of immediate family's in oppressive, harmful psychiatry and the second part originating from a research project and personal experiences in preventing inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations. It is hoped that the reader gains a compassionate listen, and empathy with understanding for the mental health person experiencing emotional, social trauma and/or other forms of mental health issues. In addition, it is hoped that Crisis Intervention Units of the community of mental health develop more empathic, and compassionate care and understanding of the mental health patient after reading this book. I'd also like to once again mention my sincere gratitude to my Psychologist Dr. "B" that helped represent me in court against oppressive, and harmful psychiatry granting me my first victory against psychiatric oppression, and its harm spanning over a period of more than 36 years.
