This book is Volume 2 of a collection of 15 Martial Arts essays to explore the practical, conceptual and spiritual realms of the Martial arts. Volume 2 is unapologetic at times and unexpectedly anecdotal but nearing the end of the book I have tried to curb that enthusiasm and return to a practical focus which has tipped this book toward being still largely practical in nature. This Volume 2 is a second attempt at somewhat of a 'research project' on the Martial arts explored through the eyes of an Australian martial artist born in the 80's and who has practiced for 25 years.
