I was born in the Netherlands and currently live in Belgium. For some reason or other I became interested at first in human behavior and later in philosophy. My interest in philosophy was not so much in what historic philosophers had to say about the essence of life. I never read the classical literature of the ancient philosophers. My interest in human behavior resulted in my interest in life's essence.
As I see it, true philosophers are free thinkers. They will never get caught up in a belief system such as all the different religions. They question everything and make up their own mind. They even question what they themselves come up with. They are open minded and willing to look at things from all possible perspectives. They are interested in what others think about life in its essence but don't accept anything at face value. They have the willingness to think deeply and thoroughly in order to come to conclusions that are often just premises that need further consideration.
In order to understand life and how it all started one has to connect with it. Life in its essence is spirit and spirit is what we need to connect with if we want to come to some understanding of it. This is what I have been trying to do for the better part of my life here in this crazy world.
My interest in human behavior resulted in the awareness scale. It has formed the basis of all my literature about human behavior and the essence of life.
My philosophical writings went on steroids after I read the Penre Papers and all the other literature from Wes Penre. Without the knowledge I gained from this source I could not have written this book.
In this handbook you will learn how to live your life without too much frustration. The more you understand what life is all about the less frustrated you will be. To me this is of some importance as the world we live in is in a rapid decline. If you haven't noticed this my book is probably not for you.
If you did notice that the world is going crazier by the day you might benefit from the content of this book. Now more than ever there are things happening that you could feel frustrated about.
Gaining more control over your thinking could benefit you greatly as we are in for a rough ride ahead. This is what you can learn from reading this handbook and doing the exercises in it.
